The 2019 Volkswagen Arteon has won the Wards 10 Best UX Award that seeks to recognize cars with the best user interfaces. As cars becomes more and more high-tech, there can sometimes be a steep learning curve when it comes to operating its advanced features. This can lead to owner frustration and problems. To help you avoid that frustration, The Wards 10 Best UX Awards recognize the vehicles with the best user-friendly features.
The WardsAuto editors tested 23 new vehicles that came with new or redesigned technology features, including infotainment systems, driver-assist technology, voice controls, connectivity, and digital displays. They were most impressed with the smooth operation of the adaptive cruise control in the Arteon along with its sophisticated Volkswagen Digital Cockpit.
“From infotainment to driver-assistance features, Volkswagen designs technology to help make consumers’ lives easier,” said Scott Keogh, President and CEO, Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. “This award for Arteon is a great honor because it shows we’re hitting the mark.”
